Saverio Ferraro comes from a deep background in restaurants, hospitality, and technology. His experience began in his family's restaurant, banquet and catering company which was founded in 1937. There, he learned the business and the industry from the bottom up. Unbeknownst to him at the time, this foundation acted as a spring-board to the rest of his career. Since then, he's gone on to lead highly complex multi-location, multi-concepted restaurant groups. As well as broadening his knowledge-base working for best of breed global technology companies, where he consulted for and provided technology solutions to thousands of restaurant brands.
Savi also comes from a large family including 8 sisters, 1 brother and 26 (and counting) nieces and nephews. In his free time he enjoys being with his family, discovering new-exciting restaurant concepts, playing golf, watching Formula 1 and loves live music of all genres.
When asked "What drives you?" Savi responded "I've been fortunate in my life to have been brought up in an incredible industry, as well as having been surrounded by amazing mentors. I thrive on giving back in any way that I can, while still learning through every interaction."
